CAREFULLY HANDPICKED


Unopened pink buds must be harvested at just the right moment. The cloves are carefully handpicked to ensure the branches of the tree are not damaged. They are then sun-dried in our supplier’s facility. We only buy one-year-old cloves that have had time to slowly dry, developing a unique flavor.
