Cinnamon extract is an effective and simple way to add pure cinnamon flavor to any application. We offer both water soluble and alcohol soluble extracts. All of our extracts are Non-GMO and made with alcohol from natural sugar cane.

Cinnamon Extract Powder

Natural spray-dried cinnamon extract is a cost-effective way to add cinnamon's warm flavor and rich color to food and beverages. Spray-dried products possess a more subtle flavor than their ground counterparts but allow for longer shelf life because of their lower moisture content and microbial count.
